[NLRS] 432 Spring Sprint - N9LB

If it is only drizzling here like it is now, I will set up portable. I am
really thinking of setting up in EN50xf for this one. I don't know how much
time I'll have in this contest. But if I make it, I'll have 100 watts and a
15 element Yagi.

If it's raining heavily or thunderstorming, I'll probably get rained out.
