Hi all;
Nice turnout last night for the 2 meter sprint. I started at 0015 Z and stopped at 0340 Z, and managed 43 QSOs in 18 grids.
Conditions seemed better 'east-west' than 'north-south'. I did try to push my 700W up to K0AWU after K9MU told us SE Wisconsin guys that he was on frequency. No luck. I also heard WA9KRT work a K4, and give him an S9+ report, but I heard nothing!! On the other hand WB0YWW was loud, and the W8's I worked were loud. (coulda used more of them) I missed N0EDV and the T.C guys, as usual, high noise that way.
I am making out of town trips next week for work, and doubt I will make the 222 spring, as I will be in Racine that day, and Madison the next day.
