[NLRS] 2m Fall Sprint counties in Wisconsin

Interestingly, I worked the following counties in Wisc last night. I
activated Lafayette and Green counties. At least one station outside the
state seemed to care :-)

I worked (and you could have too):
Waukesha, Milwaukee, Washington, Sheboygan, Fond Du Lac, Richland (FM),
Wood, LaCrosse, Iowa, Chippewa, Polk, Portage, Eau Claire, Kenosha, and
Dodge

Heh, heh. Sprint ended at 11pm. I ragchewed till about 1120. Two guys on
freq are collecting counties and wondered about my path home.  So I
changed my route a bit and went through Dane county (not rare but I need
it for my own activations), Columbia county, and Sauk County.  With that
extra activity we were done at 0023 local.
