Andy - be careful with power requirements for the attenuator .... how much RF power are you putting into it ? Precision attenuators are often only good for a watt or two at most.

Subject: [NLRS] WTB: 20 dB (or so) SMA attenuator

Hi:
Does anyone in the area have such a creature around? I am trying to get a
ransverter on the air for the contest this weekend and am looking for
n attenuator (for the transmit IF) in the neighborhood of 20dB with an SMA
emale connector on one end and a Male on the other. I need to attenuate
bout 23dB or so. I have 2 and 3dB attenuators to fine tune. I'll happily
rive to your place and collect it and pay you cash (if you're in the
etro). Thanks.
