[NLRS] 10 GHz

I did that recently too. I have a design for a negative voltage supply using
an LT1072CS8 power supply chip that will put out up to 1 amp with plus
voltage in and negative voltage out. I accidentally put a 2.2 uF chip cap in
backwards and almost went around the bend trying to figure out why it wasn't
working.
