[NLRS] 10 GHz

Happens to all of us, Joe.  That's no worse than installing an electrolytic 
backwards (i.e., + to the negative supply), and then wondering why the ()&*%^ 
thing won't work.  (Recent experience !)

Glad you found it.  Looking forward to working this summer !!
