Correction to a statement I made about the 100w 902 rig that I'm
using.

In the 90's, there were about 4 different types of "blue" modules
available for surplus. One of the types WAS linear. It was those
that WA9O used in the 100w rig that I'm using and explains why I'm
not so crunchy after all. I had mistakenly assumed they were the
Class C modules. I apologize to WA9O for the "crunchy" comment
when that really isn't the case.

And regarding the RA13H8891MB:
1. Scott's N0EDV's comments are helpful
2. There is near 60db of gain in these babies and should be in
their own enclosure. Good chance they will howl inside a DEM box.
3. Some info passed along from WA9O:
4.25 volts at only about 1 mA on pin 2 will set the
idle current to about 2 amps.
With 1 mW of drive it should max out.
You may even overdrive this puppy with 1 mW so
a variable attenuator would be nice on the input.

This would mean about -17dBM drive or 1/50 of
a mW! So if it sounds bad with 4.25V and 1 mW
drive...back the drive before playing with the
bias.
