Excellent Todd!

Great idea and I will help by being a participant both as a home
collecting station and as a rover activating some of the rarer
counties.  My goal is to activate all 72 counties (eventaully).

Unfortunately for this WIQP, I'm slated towards a mostly HF
multi-op effort (from down in a valley).  But going forward in
contests and out of contests, I see myself using this program for
a motivator for increased activity.

As this gets going, participants can help by adding comments and
weblinks to their personal websites and their QRZ listings.

And yes, this will help me get going on WSJT/JT65 from the rover.

Good job and thanks for the initiative!
