[NLRS] Beacon Void

[Zack Widup]

There is the WR9L beacon in EN61bd on 144.283. Don't know if you can hear it
up there or not but it's quite loud down here. There was another beacon in
Indiana in EM69 on 144.275 but I haven't heard it in a few months now.
