[NLRS] If you have problems entering data into the online contest spreadsheet

W0ZQ found he was not able to enter text into the colored boxes on the 
Rover sheet.  This seems to be a problem when using Internet Explorer, 
or at least IE-8.  Firefox and Chrome work fine.  You can also get 
around the problem by clicking on "Old Version" in the top right corner 
of Google Docs.  This gets you to an older version of Google Docs which 
does not have the problem.

We now have 70(!) fixed stations and 10 rovers that have posted plans on
the
online spreadsheet:
