[NLRS] Buck Hill ops for the VHF QSO Party

I scrubbed my plans for EN67 as rain was forecast for pretty much the
same period. Plus, I would be solo and it would be a REAL hassle to
operate alone IN THE RAIN. So, EN45fa it is...this will give me more
bands as well...6M, 2M, 902 and 10 GHz...maybe 432 also.
