[NLRS] Buck Hill ops for the VHF QSO Party

Guys - a heads up for the weather this weekend.  Just got done reading the NWS detailed forecast.  Looks like the area is in store for a good soaker with 2 to 3 inch rain fall totals possible between Thursday evening and Saturday evening.  Buck Hill will be impassible if this happens, and the rain chances are in the 60 to 80% range, with some discussion of possible flooding if training develops.   Sunday looks to be a much better day.
