[NLRS] Bird Wattmeter...

Hello everyone in NLRS land... HI HI

Quick question for you fellows... Since I know a lot of you on here have experience with test equipment, does anyone have experience with a Bird 6154 Wattmeter?  I found the manual for it online but the manual doesn't give me much help in the matter.

Here is the problem... The toggle switch on the front was broken in shipment.  Far as I can tell the switch closes when flipped to the Red Scale putting the extra shunt inline to read higher power levels.  Is that correct?

Also, any idea on how to calibrate this beast?  I know the trimmer inside affects the red scale, hence why I figured the switch selects the red scale, but how do you adjust the meter for reading on the black scale without the shunt and trimpot inline?  Its reading about ten watts low and I can't find out how to calibrate it better compared to another Bird.
