[NLRS] 10GHz Tune up day - is Saturday

17th of July -- that's right... day after tomorrow.

We'll be done by mid- late afternoon, so there'll be lots of time to participate 
in the CQWW VHF contest

Mounds Park in St. Paul.  Start time 0900.  Flat ground north (west) of the Aero 
Beacon.
Antenna Range (10 and 24GHz), Feed tune-up (10GHz),  Power measurement (10GHz, 
10W MAXIMUM).
And hopefully, a minimum signal test.  Not calibrated, but you might get 
bragging rights that your system "hears" better than others.

Picnic lunch (on your own) under the Aero Beacon, and then over-the-air 
testing/operating to Capitol Overlook (3.4km LOS), Idel Ave (23.7km LOS), maybe 
New Trier (39km non-LOS ), and Cannon Falls (55km non-LOS).  10GHz WBFM, 10GHz, 
and 24GHz (both WBFM and narrow-band), depending on what people bring.
