Hi Scott.
Yup, 10GHz only.  As you say, another set of gear for 2.1GHz.

Be a little careful on that probe... shortening the probe may NOT bring it "up" 
to 10GHz.  Length, diameter, and distance to the backshort are all 
interdependent re: return loss and frequency.  I'll see if I can dig up a paper 
from several years ago that talks about that and send you a copy.
