[NLRS] January VHF Contest

I should be on 6M and 2M, on and off over the weekend. Could fire up
902 as well. If the weather is tolerable on one of the days (probably
NOT Saturday) I can set up 10 GHz in the shop and work SW to W toward
the Twin Cities.
