[NLRS] EN86 Activation in Sept. ARRL Contest

     Have it on good authority that EN86 Drummond Island will 
be activated for the ARRL Sept. VHF 'Test on Sept. 11-12th.  
More details to follow as the contest draws closer.   If anyone 
has an urge to activate northern grids as a rover or portable 
station, consider doing this on Sept 11-12th.   You'll benefit 
from many contesters looking north.
