I probably SHOULD have added that the latitudes would be in the 
low 40s, 42N for sure (so EN51,52,61,62), very likely 41N (to 
add EN50,60) and *possibly* 40N (which would add EM59xx,69ax).

Timing is VERY liquid and why plan is in quotes in the Subject 
line.
