[NLRS] EN55 Hilltop

If "Irma Hill" is the high spot that is EAST of US51 along 
County J, it is EN55ei. If WEST of US51 there, it would be 
EN55di.

250, JK (and still at home LATE in getting my act/Rovermobile 
together and still not fully determined on route or schedule so 
just look for K9JK/R along the 88W longitude line and possibly 
not until a bit AFTER the start time of the contest)
