[NLRS] OT: where to live in the Twin Cities

Golden Valley is quite good in general. Sometimes a genuine pain in the ...,
but not radio related. There is a decent set of pro Amateur Radio city laws
especially concerning antennas. In my opinion they struck a good balance in
the laws here that relate to Amateur Radio.
