[NLRS] Arecibo EME

They repqired the amp, and are at 350 watts as far as I know.

I streamed just over 3 hours of it today, with room for 80 listeners, but only 
saw 4 or so.  The feed is coming from K1RQG.  I ripped the stream today and 
will be putting it up on the site soon.

Check www.taring.org tomorrow after the 14.345 EME net and Joe will probably be 
feeding the stream again.  Or listen to the net on taring.org, and wait for the 
feed to go live again after he switches PCs.
