[NLRS] Arecibo EME

I'm bummed out. I set up my 15 element Yagi on a 10 foot boom at a portable
location and listened for two hours. Heard a couple pieces of syllables that
might have been their signal. Certainly not a huge booming signal. Are they
still down to 50 watts or thereabouts?
