902 is a pretty neat band, especially for the rovers.  It works a lot  like 
432 .... because rovers can't get their antennas too high (unless you have  
a tower, etc), effective height above ground on 222, 432, 902 make those 
some of  the prime rover bands (in my humble opinion).  If someone is looking t
o add  a band, 902 would be a good choice.
