[NLRS] KC9BQA Contest plans for Sept. 12/13th

The W8PGW VHF+ group is going to be active again on the following
bands for September madness:

6m  2m  1 1/4m  70cm  23cm  9cm

The 33cm, 13cm, and 3cm bands are on hold and probably be active for the
start of next years Spring Sprints. Financial and physical (surgeries)
intervened this year...:(

Maybe we'll get lucky and work the Midwest Mania group. Good luck to
Bruce on getting those lonely states activated this year.
