[NLRS] KC9BQA Contest plans for Sept. 12/13th

Hey Jon, thanks for the heads-up on the big tropo opening... I thought 
it was going to be a big aurora, but guess I was wrong.  Expecting to 
operate from EN44 on Saturday and some part of Sunday, but may need to 
be back in the Cities before Sunday evening.
