I just got thru updating the website about 222 Tuesday
and for the 144 nets tonight -- Wed. 222 MHz had very
good activity tonight -- a short summary is at the website.

I'd like you (especially those of you in outstate MN,
plus the Dakotas) to read the following, copied from my
website post.

The new wrinkle we're going to try Wednesday night is
with the 144.240 net. We're going to (knock wood) have a
relay station in EM29, KC Mo. and another in EN22, North
Central IA looking SW, W and NW between 8:00-8:30pm.
We ask stations in N OK, all of KS, all of NE and the
Dakotas to spread the word, and to look east between
8-8:30pm tomorrow night on 144.240. Long-term, we're
looking for ways to involve stations in a very wide range.
Anyone who can help email me and we'll discuss it. If this
plan for Wed. night changes, we'll advise on the website later
today. It's always a good idea to check this website prior to
any net, just in case something comes up.

Think of my website as a VHF/UHF newspaper for a wide
area of the Midwest/Great Lakes. We're always looking to
find more activity, in a large radius. Read the "newspaper" a
couple of times a week, and you're up to date.

** WB9LYH IS OFF tonight with the 144.240 early net.
I will be taking both the 144.240 net (7:15-8:30pm) and the
144.250 net (8:30-9:30pm)**

     73,
