[NLRS] [SMC] Website update, several items this week

Where was everyone for the Microwave Sprint last Saturday? Maybe conditions
were just that pitiful? I haven't seen them that bad very often. They were
worse than flat-band conditions down here.

I only heard K2DRH, K8MD and W9ZIH on 144.260 lfor liaison. Only worked
K2DRH on 1.2, 2.3 and 3.4, W9ZIH on 1.2, 3.4 and 10G, and WB9PNU on 1.2.
Otherwise I didn't hear anyone else on and failed at trying for several
other contacts.

Oh well ...
