[NLRS] Looking for source for replacement part for clock

Looking for a place that can supply a 7 segment incandescent display for 
a digital clock that was built for the FAA and DOT.  The part number on 
the display is FFD71F (the seconds digits).  2 of the segments are 
burned out.  The clock can be seen at

No luck at my usual suspects of suppliers...
