[NLRS] tropo this weekend ?

Hey, forecast for Bloomer this weekend looks like a high of 58 on Sat 
and 51 on Sunday.  Partly cloudy too.  I might be able to get 10 GHz up 
on Elk Mound Hill (EN44dv) on Sunday...maybe even 902 if I can con 
someone into coming along to lug some gear...Saturday is out for me....
