[NLRS] Congratulations to Bill Davis K0AWU--Wesslund Award

One of the highlights of this years Aurora gathering was the
presentation of the Wesslund Award. As the citation was being read
and it finally dawned on me who it was, I found myself nodding
with "right on".  I hope the citation can be put here on the
reflector or the web.

Thank you Bill for your contributions and enthusiasm over a
sustained period to VHF+ operations in the region and with NLRS
specifically. We have had more fun, more joys, and are in a better
place thanks to you being you. The Wesslund Award adds another
fine operator to its awardee list.
