[NLRS] Interesting website about Transmit Power

On the Yeasu FT-897 refelctor, to which I subscribe, there was an
interesting thread about Transmit Power and meter indications on
the rig.  Eventually someone posted the following link that I
found interesting:

It's an instructional site that teaches about Peak Envelope Power
and the meter indications you'll actually see with Speech
Processor on and off.
