[NLRS] 144.240 net *OFF* tonight, wind/ice issues

   Hello,

   I'm not sure if I'm not rotating due to the 20-40 mph wind, 
or due to it being 45 and drizzling, and then an hour later, 
having the temp plunge into the 20's.  It's currently 11 degrees.  
Nice bleeping day.  I know, I know, it's way worse in MN and 
the Dakotas.  

   Either way, I'm not going to be able to do the SSB nets 
tonight.  

   I'm passing this word along to the various groups I email.  
In all, the word reaches at least a few hundred hams.  
Hopefully someone else will get on and make some noise 
at 7:15-7:30pm on 144.240.  

   I will be back at it next week, unless nature throws another 
curveball.  (Iceball?)
