[NLRS] Final days for CSVHFS "States Above" 2008-2009

I hope you've been a part of the recent sporatic e and tropo taking
place (even up here into the Northern climes)....   but what a better
way to support VHF/UHF activity than with a recognition
certificate from the Central States VHF Society's States Above program.
What's needed is to work 30 "states or provinces" above 50 Mhz and a log
summary/entry as outlined on the CSVHFS website....   The event
features plaques (awarded at this years Illinois conference) for the top
three finishers and certificates for all who work 30 band/states between
July 1 2008 and June 30, 2009....   Check the website www.csvhfs.org
for all details....In spite of the dismal propagation,  how many of you
were able to work more band/states than the previous years?
