[NLRS] CW training (for FD or whatever)

MorseRunner is so realistic it's amazing. The callsigns used seem to be from
a Super Check Partial database of real contesters. It adds QSB and the
stations are not all of the same strength. It even adds QRN and static
crashes, and "lids" who call out of turn when you're trying to make a "QSO".
And ops who make mistakes when sending and have to resend their info. You
have to correct what you've already typed when that happens. I was really
surprised when I heard that last one a couple times!
