[NLRS] Tonight's nets + UHF 'test

    My 144 SSB nets are *ON* tonight, as they are every week.  

    http://www.kc9bqa.com has been updated to reflect that, plus 
there's a writeup about the ARRL UHF contest, and NLRS's role 
in enhancing it regionally for 6 years running now.  If it gets a few 
ops outside of the NLRS reflector's range to look toward EN34, 
then it's all worth it.

    Actually, it would be even better if some website readers got 
fired up to do bigger things on V/UHF in their own backyards.  
That's the highest use of my website.
