[NLRS] UHF Contest Update

Well it's Monday and the plans keep rolling in!
 
Right now I have plans from 12 rovers covering grids from EN17 & EN12  over 
to EN47 & EN60.  A great group of rovers and I'm still waiting for  exact 
plans from four more!
 
I'm still looking for plans from more single-op and multi-op  stations.  
Even if you'll be "handing out points" let me know your  plans.  This will 
help the other stations know to look for you.
 
Let me know your subgrid, what bands you'll have active and when you'll be  
on.
