[NLRS] OT: Need skeds with IL, IA, ND, SD on 10, 15, 20

If you need WI, let me know.  I'm currently working on the ARRL Triple 
Play award so I'm looking for and working everyone I can on SSB, CW, and 
RTTY.  I've not confirmed anyone from MN yet.
