[NLRS] OT: Need skeds with IL, IA, ND, SD on 10, 15, 20

This is off-topic, but only by about 1 MHz.  :-)

I'm chipping away at 5-band Worked All States.  I'm close to complete on 80,
40, and 20, but have a long ways to go on 15 and 10.  Hopefully, e-Skip season
this year will cooperate, and I'll pick up some new ones on those bands.  The
close-in states on those bands are going to be tough, and I wonder if I can
pick them up with tropo.

I worked KD0S in the 10-meter contest, and also worked one IL station (not yet
confirmed).  They sure sounded like tropo, and in the case of KD0S, for a
brief instant, his signal picked up to S-9, which I can only assume was meteor
scatter.  I also tried a sked with him on 15 meters a few nights ago, and we
did both hear each other, but not full callsigns.  I think if we had kept
trying, we probably would have made the contact, but we both had to run.

KD0S is in Pierre, which is 400+ miles away.  I suspect that closer in
stations might be able to pull this off.  If anyone in neighboring states
would like to try a sked, I would appreciate it!

I need Illinois on 10, 15, and 20.  I need Iowa on 15 and 10, I need North
Dakota on 10, 15, and 20.  I need South Dakota on 15 and 20.  I also need
almost all other states on at least one band!

If anyone is interested in trying it out, please let me know!
