[NLRS] Calling Frequencies

Hi All,  As a very casual, newer contester with a modest station, I would like to encourage us spread out when possible.  In my case, I can generally get to Duluth (as I did on Sunday) and central Iowa with stronger stations- so I know I can get a signal out.  I attempted twice on Sunday to call CQ on 144.210 because I wanted to hand out some points on 2 and 6, but only received one call back in 25 minutes of combined calling.  The signal report was s9 from Waconia.  I have had similar experiences in other VHF contests.  Sometimes, 144.200 is too hectic and I don't even want to jump in (again- only a casual contester).  I would love to hand out points next time, so please look around.  Better yet, set up camp farther up and down the band and I'll find you!  73's all  Tom  KC0TRX
