[NLRS] Eico Help Needed...

I posted over on the Eico reflector but after a couple shots no replies....  Hoping someone on here has their thinking cap on!

I picked up an Eico 1032 for next to nothing, its in great shape and was thinking of using it as an enclosure to build something else if i can't fix it but i want to try that first but its stuck at 48v output.  I checked the trimpot and it adjusts smoothly across its range, the best i can figure is the regulator is bad.  It's a TO-220 package device, and the lettering is badly faded.  The only thing i can read on it is GE and i can tell you the case is red in color, otherwise i don't have a clue as i can't find a schematic on this.  I think the 2N3055 is fine but not sure yet.

Anyone have a schematic they can share?  Or at least know what the value is of that regulator?
