[NLRS] 10 meter MS skeds wanted, IL, IN, IA, MO, MT, NE, ND

With the upcoming meteor shower next Tuesday, I wonder if I might be able to
get some of those elusive close-in states in the log on 10 meters.

If anyone wants to give it a try, please e-mail me.  I need IL, IN, IA, MO,
MT, NE, and ND, but would be more than happy to set up a sked with anyone.  I
can do CW or SSB.  I can also do PSK31, but that rig is only 5 watts, and I'm
not sure that would be up to the task.

I also need most of those states on 15, so that might be worth a shot as well.
 I would prefer LOTW confirmations, but I'd be very happy to get a paper QSL.
