[NLRS] PyroJoe 50 watt Toshiba Amp for 3456

Hi Charlie.  For the Toshiba 40 watt 3456  amp info, there are several 
sites on the web.  Here is one that includes  pin-out data: 
http://www.nr6ca.org/3456amp.html  .   Note that  the power requirement for these is 12.3 VDC, 
not 13.8.   Running them  at 13.8 is asking for problems.  For my rover, I 
run my 13.8 vdc through a  Radio Shack power bridge rectifier that is bolted 
to the same heatsink to drop  about 1.4 vdc.  So far, several years of good 
use without a  failure.
