[NLRS] Wind Farm -Doppler Radar QRM

  AP is reporting out of Madison WI, that the wind turbine farm in east central Dodge county (Butler Ridge) is causing interference with the Doppler radar  at the "Sullivan office" in eastern Jefferson county.  There are 36 wind turbines in the farm and are of the 300ft dia type.

  This is in an area just east of Madison .. It may be interesting with N4PZ on 10Ghz
