[NLRS] Wesslund Award

Is there any place on our Web page that shows past winners of the 
Wesslund Award? This might help people who are considering bringing up a 
nomination so they know who may have already received one in the past. 
Our club is loaded with people that provide help to others, helping them 
enjoy this hobby even more. Getting us to think outside our current 
comfort zone of activities, and broadening our horizons. I know the 
Wesslund Award Recipient list is still short, but it would be helpful to 
  have Past Recipients listed on our Web Site.
