[NLRS] Used satellite dishes

I was speaking with a relatively new ham from the Mankato area today. He
has three used satellite TV dishes that he'd like to give to a new home
instead of throwing on the scrap heap. He was a little foggy on details,
since he is not all that familiar with 10 GHz operation. It sounds like the
feed horns may or may not be available to go with some or all of the
dishes. It is probable that the LNA electronics are not available, but he's
not sure if even the feedhorns are still present, or the exact dish sizes,
or the exact dish models. One of them sounds like it MIGHT be designed for
a dual-horn dual-satellite mode of operation, but even that's not certain.
In any case, these are *NOT* "Plug 'N Play" 10 GHz ready-to-go dishes, you
would either need to modify the stock feedhorn or come up with a new
feedhorn of your own.

If anyone is interested, let me know and I will pass along your information
to him. Now that he's back home (he was up here in south Minneapolis today)
he could probably take a look at them more closely, make some measurements
of dish diameter, etc.

I'm pretty sure these are give-aways rather than him looking for any
financial compensation for them, but even that was something we didn't
discuss at all today, because things were rather hectic for me at the time
we talked.
