[NLRS] UHF Contest Soapbox & Sept Contest

Hello NLRS land.

I was able to catch up on some paper work this weekend.   One activity was
to write up a soapbox for Rovermania (aka, the ARRL UHF contest).  Besides
myself, the soapbox site now has input from fellow NLRS club members K0AWU,
W9FZ/R, and K0MHC.   So, check then out and perhaps think about writing
your own soapbox.

And has been posted, the September VHF contest is this weekend from 1800z
Saturday to 0300z Monday.   W0ZQ will be on from home on and off and I may
do a mini-rove on sunday depending on weather and what is happening.  If
so, it will be an EN24/25/34/35 thing and with just a few bands.  Any other
rovers heading out this weekend ?
