[NLRS] Does anyone have the specs on coverting a PC headset to theIC-706 RG45 connector

If you have a manual, check about pg 8, "Technical Information."  At least for the IC-706MkIIG that's where its located.

1 -    +8VDC
2 -    Freq up/dn
3 -    AF Output
4 -    PTT
5 -    GND (Microphone ground)
6 -    Microphone input
7 -    GND
8 -    Squelch switch

Orienting the connector is a bit difficult... the book shows "Rear panel view:" (but I don't really know what that 
means) with the keyway down, pin 1 is on the left end, pin 8 the right end.
