Hi all,
I just finished up the 432 beacon project I've had parts for laying
around for some time. Finally assembled them all into one box.
Anyways, it running right now for burn in. I still need a couple chip
caps for the PA module, so the PA is still on the bench and the beacon
is running at 100 mW.
Particulars:
Freq: 432.324 MHz (that will be the final freq. It is about 200 Hz low
as I write this)
Power: 100 mW (after PA is done, it will be at about 4 Watts)
Location: EN45fa for burn in. Will be moving to EN45vk on Tuesday, May
13. (Timm's Hill, Ogema, WI - Wisconsin's highest point)
Antenna: 11 element VJB Cheap Yagi beaming about 250 degrees at 6'
AGL). When moved to permanent site, antenna will be 432 HoLoop at 170' AGL
Reception reports welcomed!
