[NLRS] Relay of Contest Results for KB9TLV

OK, I calculated a QSO point total for KB9TLV and came up with a different 
score than John quoted to me.  I came up with 569 QSO points for 105,262 
points.  Still a pretty good score.

I need to touch base with John to verify his numbers.  I'll post another 
update if necessary.
