[NLRS] Rovermania & 10GHz activity hrs

Hello NLRS land.  Just a couple of items.

First off, I have a 2 watt 10GHz system with a 17 dB horn that I can loan
out to anyone who wants to give 10 GHz a go this weekend.  All you have to
do is connect it to 13.8vdc via a PowerPole connector and aim the small
horn in the right direction.  Obviously you need to be in a clear spot.  I
can send a JPG of the system to anyone interested .... its easy to use and
you can try out 10 GHz.   Only caveat is that if you make any contacts, you
have to send in a log.

I also still have several antennas that can be loaned out.  Do you have a
432 portable rig but no antenna ?  Ask.

Last, I suggest that we have a 10 GHz activity hour off of Downtown.   I am
interested in feedback on this but I recommend 8:00pm Saturday night and
12:00 noon on Sunday.   Remember that the contest starts at 1:00 pm
Saturday and is over at 1:00 pm Sunday.   I am working on my rover route
and will probably not be in range for the Saturday try off of Downtown, but
should be for the Sunday try.
